End to End Payroll processing for weekly and bi-weekly payrolls
Prepare payroll reports for leadership team
Coach and guide payroll staff
Create and maintain payroll guidelines
Follow federal and state wage and hour laws
Ensure I9 and E-verify process is maintained
Other duties as discussed.
Qualifications: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
Prior Leadership experience required.
Good systems and timekeeping systems experience required.
5+ yrs payroll experience
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
FPC or CPP preferred but not required.
